Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the direction of Portillo’s restaurants by executing operational standards and ensuring business growth through effective people development.

• Operational Excellence: Model operational standards and behaviors that lead to outstanding shifts and create memorable experiences for both guests and team members.

• Financial Management: Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals by effectively managing restaurant budgets.

• Compliance & Safety: Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure local and state health and food safety compliance.

• Team Leadership: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and strong restaurant knowledge to exceed expectations while promoting Portillo’s culture, values, and standards.

• People Development: Lead, coach, and develop team members and restaurant leaders to deliver excellence in hospitality and operational performance.

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including sales, profits, facilities, inventory, payroll, and scheduling.

• Community Engagement: Actively promote the Portillo's brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and participation in restaurant events.
