Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cashier & Front End professional to join our team. As a Cashier & Front End team member, you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service at the checkout. You will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the front-end area of the store to ensure a smooth operation. This is a key position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities of Cashier & Front End:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently handle cash, credit, and debit transactions at the checkout counter with accuracy.
• Front-End Maintenance: Keep the front-end area organized, clean, and stocked with essential items.
• Inventory Support: Assist in restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability during busy periods.
• Cash Register Operation: Operate cash registers, process returns and exchanges, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Upselling and Promotions: Promote store offers, discounts, and additional products to customers.
• Security and Loss Prevention: Maintain awareness of store security and loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage.

Qualifications and Experience of Cashier & Front End:

• Previous experience as a Cashier & Front End associate is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle customer transactions with speed and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or cashiering are a plus.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
