Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of crew members during scheduled shifts
Assign responsibilities and ensure all stations are properly staffed and supported
Oversee food preparation and safety practices to maintain top-quality standards
Deliver friendly, accurate, and fast customer service
Support training of new employees and help develop crew skills
Monitor shift performance, coach team members, and provide feedback
Take ownership of shift operations, including opening and/or closing duties
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality food and guest service
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
