Join Dollar Tree's busy and expanding Warehouse/Distribution Center as a Order Selector. We're looking for a team player with proven retail distribution success to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You'll be an essential part of our operations, helping to efficiently move merchandise and contribute directly to our mission of providing incredible value to our customers across over 16,000 locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Order Selector, you'll ensure the smooth and accurate flow of merchandise throughout our facility. You'll handle a variety of tasks that are vital to our distribution process, adapting to different assignments based on the needs of the center.

• Load and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Check, verify, and audit merchandise, accurately entering data into remote terminals to ensure orders are correct and undamaged.
• Identify, separate, label, and palletize merchandise for proper relocation within the distribution center.
• Operate power lift equipment to move and store merchandise safely.
• Replenish pick areas as identified by replenishment screens or various merchandise requests.
• Fill merchandise orders by accurately selecting and moving items from active locations to conveyors, pallets, or boxes.
• Load merchandise onto trailers, moving items from conveyors or pallets, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of shipments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Perform varied duties as assigned, adapting to department changes based on Distribution Center needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to adapt to changes in job duties and department assignments as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience.
