Position Summary

As a Club Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of club operations. You are responsible for driving membership growth, maintaining high service standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring the club runs smoothly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily club operations

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

• Drive sales and membership growth through community outreach and in-club initiatives

• Ensure exceptional member service and satisfaction

• Monitor and manage club cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, and expense control

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement marketing and operational strategies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness industry or retail management experience required

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and operational performance metrics

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Proficiency in club management software and Microsoft Office

• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
