The Retail Team Member works closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure all store goals are met. This includes operating the register, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The Retail Team Member engages with customers to answer questions, locate products, and assist with checkouts. A successful Retail Team Member is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to help both customers and teammates.

The Retail Team Member also contributes to visual merchandising efforts, restocking products, and ensuring shelves are properly labeled and organized. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as a Retail Team Member

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise

• Operate cash registers and process transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Collaborate with other Retail Team Members to achieve store goals

• Ensure shelves are properly stocked and labeled

• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Retail Team Member, Sales Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred
