Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, Vehicle Reimbursement, Full Benefits

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Salon Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined sales territory. In this role, you’ll partner with salons, spas, barbers, and licensed beauty professionals to offer high-quality beauty products, education, and business solutions. You will build strong client relationships, promote new products and services, and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory

• Consult with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored product recommendations

• Execute in-salon promotions, programs, and education events

• Use digital tools and social media to connect with customers and promote product offerings

• Maintain detailed customer records, submit orders, and manage follow-ups using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

• Attend industry trade shows, vendor events, and educational workshops

• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, AR, and logistics teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education a plus

• 1+ year of outside sales experience or salon/beauty industry experience preferred

• Must reside within or near the defined territory

• Comfortable using digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage clients

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and mobile sales platforms (Salesforce, iPad apps)

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally attend events requiring overnight stays

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent driving, walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable setting up product displays, attending events, and performing light physical tasks
