Jimmy John's - Immediate Crew Member Needed

As a Crew Member (Inshop) at Jimmy John's, you will play a key role in crafting fast and accurate sandwiches, taking customer orders, maintaining store cleanliness, prepping fresh ingredients, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll also assist in preparing delivery orders to help our delivery drivers get food to customers Freaky Fast.

You’ll be the face of our brand, serving Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast products to real people in just 30 seconds or less—and making sure delivery orders are packed with precision.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining customer product and service standards

• Promote teamwork and a positive, energetic work environment

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, every time

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and eye contact

• Take customer orders over the phone and at the register

• Prepare sandwiches quickly, accurately, and consistently

• Assist in preparing delivery orders with speed and accuracy

• Clean and organize the store, including small wares and food prep areas

• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and security guidelines

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions while following cash handling policies

• Help foster a fun and efficient work atmosphere with strong team collaboration

• Execute store operations to Jimmy John's quality standards

• Memorize the menu and represent our Freaky Fresh brand with pride

• Support delivery fulfillment by ensuring in-store prep is on time and accurate

Crew Member Schedule & Benefits:

• Join us part-time for 8–12 hours per week

Crew Member Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30–40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout assigned shifts

• Must be mobile in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F

• Must have day-time availability and a willingness to work during busy hours
