Calling all Go-Getters.

As a General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. While managing food and labor costs, you will recruit, hire, and train team members helping them understand what success looks like. In other words: let's do whatever it takes to make kick-ass sandwiches for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a staff of approximately 20 employees, including hiring, training, evaluating and discipline.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storage and proper usage to ensure minimum waste.
• Forecasts daily usage of food items per shift, requires some fundamental math skills.
• Performs daily opening duties, including slicing meats, prepping veggies and baking bread.
• Completes necessary paperwork on a daily, weekly and periodic basis.
• Implement and audit Jimmy Johns policies, systems and procedures.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Manages cash drawers, bank deposits and change.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Oversees and assists in providing great customer service to all.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication skills, both with customers as well as staff.
• Must have strong math ability, particularly in addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages.
• Experience with basic usage of a personal computer.
• 2 or more years of managerial experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation.
