Front End Associate Job Description
A Front End Associate plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth daily store operations. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing checkout transactions, maintaining a clean front-end area, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The Front End Associate is the face of the store, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a positive impression.
The Front End Associate works closely with the cashier team, customer service associates, and store management to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service. Basic computer and POS system knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
